I qualified from University College Hospital London and the Royal College of Surgeons in 1974.I followed my father and grandfather into general practice. I have been the Principal of Ham Dental Practice since 1977 and seen many changes.The practice constantly evolves as the whole pattern of dentistry changes.There are indeed some families where I treat four generations of them. My interests have always been in prevention and treatment of gum disease.I also have a leaning to denture construction which is something that I have developed with experience. I am married with 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. I have been treasurer of Kingston and Richmond Local Dental Committee (LDC) for over 25 years. I am also a former Chairman of Kingston Section of the British Dental Association (BDA). I am founder and now president of Downsiders Cricket Club and a former captain of the Old Pauline Golfing Society. I have undertaken 14 international charity bike rides all over the world.

I qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1996, and joined Ham Dental Practice as a full time dentist in 1999. I enjoy all aspects of general dental practice, and have a wealth of experience in Restorative Dentistry ( Crowns, Bridges, Porcelain Veneers Root Canal Treatments, minimally invasive fillings), Oral Surgery, including removal of challenging, impacted wisdom teeth. I have also attended many post graduate courses concerned with effective management of jaw problems and associated headaches and am passionate in helping to treat these conditions. I am happily married, and have a young family with 3 children. I feel that I relate well to children, and enjoy welcoming children to the practice to develop a professional, caring rapport with them. This ensures that they feel happy and relaxed when they visit for check ups! My hobbies include football, running, cycling and swimming. I enjoy skiing and travelling in the UK and abroad with my family.

I qualified from Guy's hospital in 2002. Since then, I have developed a particular interest in cosmetic smile makeover cases, and have undertaken a postgraduate course in dental implants at Warwick university and attained a certificate in implant dentistry. I have placed and restored well over 500 implants and continue to further my education and knowledge of this exciting field of dentistry through reading and courses. I am happily married with 2 sons and enjoy spending as much time as possible with them when I am not working. I enjoy a variety of extra-curricular activites outside of dentistry including golf, football, running and gym work.

I qualified from King's college hospital in 2002. After completing my vocational training, I practised in south east london before moving to ham in 2007. I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry however it was at this practice that I began to treat more complex root canal treatments, particularly on nervous patients. I have managed to successfully ( and painlessly! ) restore numerous teeth that have required root canal therapy at the practice) I am happily married with 2 sons. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy gym work, and in 2009 qualified as a spinning and aerobics instructor. Further hobbies include walking, cycling and painting - particularly cartoon characters.

Originally from Montserrat,Danille migrated to the UK in 1997 as a result of a volcanic crisis on the island. She studied at the Leeds Dental Hygiene School and has been a practising Dental Hygienist for 14 years. Danille has had experience working in all types of dental practices.She is known for her gentle yet thorough approach. In 2006 she had a brief hiatus from full time Dental Hygiene work to study Caribbean Studies and Creative Writing graduating with a 1st class B.A Honours degree. Time away from work is spent watching television, travelling and yoga - Hot Power and Bikram being her favourites.She also has an obsession with carnival - she states that "being from the Caribbean this should be of no surprise".

Jackie came to the practice as a trainee nurse on her 16th birthday in 1979 and has been there ever since. She is the backbone of the practice and has known so many patients for over 30 years. She has always lived within 5 minutes of the surgery.She is a stickler for detail which has allowed the practice to run smoothly.
